Returns and Exchanges
- You have 14 days from the moment of delivery to return or exchange a purchased item.
- The costs of shipping the returned or exchanged product are to be covered by the buyer.
- Please send an email to shop@woosabi.pl, containing:
- Your order number,
- The reason for the return or exchange.
Upon receiving the package and inspecting the product’s condition, depending on your decision:
- We will exchange the product for a new one, or
- We will refund your money within a few business days.
